The QuickVPN Client works fine on Windows XP, Windows 7. It also worked fine on Windows 8 initially. Recently we noticed that when we try to use the QuickVPN Client to connect to our office VPN, the client application is just waiting and showing the message connection.

- RVS4000 router doesnt give out an IP address to a client connecting with QVPN v1.303, connection seems good, router logs the connection and tracks its duration etc but client side does not get an IP from the RVS4000 side -keeps local LAN ip + there is no access to the remote shares etc. RVS 4000 has DHCP enabled.

The 'certificate for client' should be saved as a .pem file and copied into the install directory of QuickVPN client.
The 'certificate for admin' is used as a backup, which can be used to re-provision the router in case admin needs to reset the router to factory default for any reason.

On your router, you will need to download the client certificate and put it in a place where the QuickVPN client can see it. In this case, try putting it in the install directory of your QuickVPN client on your computer.
